Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is part of, and should be read together with, the MarsColonia Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Capitalized terms have the meanings given to them in the Terms.

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to monetary purchases made on https://marscolonia.com/, including purchases of Digital Certificates, purchases of Bonus Funds top ups (where offered), and any paid Platform feature.

2. Nature of Purchases

All purchases on the Platform are for novelty Digital Certificates and related digital experiences. As set out in the Terms and Conditions, Digital Certificates are not real property, not a land title, and not a business registration of any kind. Purchases have no monetary or investment value outside of the Platform.

3. Refund Eligibility

MarsColonia reviews refund requests on a case by case basis. A refund of a monetary purchase may be considered in the following limited circumstances:

  • a verified duplicate charge for the same purchase caused by a payment processor error;
  • a verified technical failure on the Platform that prevented delivery of the purchased Digital Certificate to your account;
  • a request submitted within 24 hours of purchase, provided the Digital Certificate has not been issued to your account, listed, transferred, or otherwise used.

We do not offer open ended or discretionary refunds beyond the situations listed above. Change of mind, market fluctuations, secondary market pricing, or disappointment with the appearance of a Digital Certificate are not grounds for refund.

4. Bonus Funds Are Not Refundable or Withdrawable

Bonus Funds, referral rewards, welcome grants, and any promotional or campaign based credits are not eligible for refund, cash withdrawal, or transfer to any external account under any circumstances.

Bonus Funds can only be used for their intended purpose within the Platform. MarsColonia does not exchange Bonus Funds for real currency, cryptocurrency, or any external instrument, regardless of how the Bonus Funds were earned.

Any request to convert, withdraw, or transfer Bonus Funds will be declined. Repeated or abusive requests, or attempts to circumvent this policy, may result in account review, suspension, or termination under the Terms and Conditions.

5. How to Request a Refund

For eligible monetary purchases only, submit your refund request by email to team@marscolonia.com within the applicable window described in Section 3. Please include:

  • the email address associated with your MarsColonia account;
  • the order or transaction reference number;
  • the date of the purchase;
  • a clear description of the reason for the refund request.

Requests that omit this information may be delayed or declined. Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund.

6. Processing Time and Method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method used for the purchase, in the original currency where possible. Processing typically takes a reasonable number of business days, after which additional time may be required by the payment processor or issuing bank before the refund appears on your statement. MarsColonia cannot control the timing of your bank or card network.

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following are never refundable:

  • Bonus Funds, referral rewards, welcome grants, and promotional or campaign based credits of any kind;
  • Digital Certificates that have been issued, delivered, listed, rented, transferred, or otherwise used;
  • rewards earned through the referral program;
  • any item, feature, or service explicitly marked as non refundable at the time of purchase or in the Terms.

8. Disputes

If you disagree with a refund decision, contact team@marscolonia.com and describe your concern in detail. We will review the matter and respond in accordance with the dispute handling process in the Terms and Conditions. Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can attempt to resolve the issue directly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or by a prominent notice on the Platform, and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised.
