• Payment information: details necessary to process purchases. Payment card details are handled by our third party payment processor. MarsColonia does not store full payment card numbers.
• Usage and analytics data: pages viewed, features used, interactions with Digital Certificates, timestamps, and technical logs such as device type, operating system, and browser version.
• Support content: the content of emails, tickets, and other communications you send to team@marscolonia.com.

We use the information we collect to:

• create and operate your account and issue Digital Certificates;
• attribute referrals, calculate rewards, and detect and prevent fraud;
• send transactional emails (such as receipts, verification links, and account notices) and campaign or marketing communications for which you have provided consent;
• respond to your support requests and improve our service;
• monitor, secure, and improve the Platform, including diagnosing technical issues and preventing abuse;
• comply with applicable legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

Depending on your jurisdiction, we process personal information on one or more of the following bases: your consent (for example when you accept this Policy at signup or opt in to marketing communications), the performance of a contract (providing the Platform to you), our legitimate interests (such as fraud prevention, security, and improving the Platform in ways that do not override your rights), and compliance with legal obligations.
